Scott is a Principle City Planner within TfL’s City Planning directorate. Scott has worked in the freight and logistics team at TfL since 2015 and has special responsibility for rail freight. He has been instrumental in leading TfLs work on the Rail Freight Strategy for London and is a member of the CILT Rail Freight Group. Scott’s role is now focused on London’s recovery from Covid and is examining what the city may look like in a post pandemic world.

Before joining TfL Scott had a long career in Local Government Highways Engineering and lives in North East London where he is also a Magistrate.
