When is the event taking place?

The Rolling Stock Forum 2022 will be taking place on Date beginning at 09:30, networking will be open a week before the event.

Are there any Covid restrictions at the venue?

To keep all our attendees safe, we have implemented several important measures to reassure and protect everyone who attends Rolling Stock Forum.

Please note due to COVID safety measures it is a requirement to take a lateral flow test prior to the event, and you will be required to demonstrate a negative result on arrival to the venue. All persons must wear a face-covering around in communal spaces within the venue.

For the best experience, we recommend that you use Goggle Chrome.

Once I’ve registered, how do I access the networking and live content?

The networking page will be available a week before and leading up to the conference. Live content will be available on the day. Please note that to access both areas/sections is restricted until payment has been received.

How does the networking work?

The networking page will be available a week before, during and after the conference. You will be able to connect with other attendees by sending messages and scheduling video calls.

How can I submit a question for the speakers?

If you have any questions ahead of the conference you can submit them via the discussion section of the networking page here or emailing us. On the day of the conference, you can submit questions via the live content page, there is a chat function on the right hand side. Please note you must be logged in to view the live content page. The chair of the conference will then moderate the questions.

Will speaker sessions and discussions from the event recorded?

All speaker presentations and discussions are recorded and will be made available after the event. You will receive an email when they are ready to view.

Will the presentations be made available?

As above, the presentations from the day will be made available after and able to download as a PDF copy, if speakers have permitted them to be shared.

No longer able to attend the conference?

If you can no longer attend the conference, we can amend the booking for a colleague to take your place. This can be done at any point and there is no additional charge. Please contact us to amend your booking conference@thewaterfront.co.uk. To view a full Terms & Conditions please click here.

Can I switch from attending in person to a virtual ticket?

It is no problem to switch your ticket if required at no additional cost, please contact us to arrange this. Contact conference@thewaterfront.co.uk.
