Paul is a Partner in Clifford Chance’s Global Asset Finance Group and head of the firm’s Rail Group, specialising in financing, leasing, sales and complex structured transactions involving transportation assets, as well as M&A transactions in the transportation industry. Paul has a particular focus on the rail sector, acting for financiers, arrangers, manufacturers, leasing companies, operators and owners.
