Steve provides systems expertise and leadership worldwide in the rail industry in the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East on major mainline, metro and light rail projects.

He has extensive knowledge of the application of new and novel technologies and currently provides System Assurance to a variety of Digital Rail implementations.

Steve has articles published on-line and in major Rail Engineering publications.

He has led a number of research activities which have driven  industry planning, development activity and government policy.

Steve has led a Digital Railway Think Tank in collaboration with IRSE, RDG and KPMG.
