Ben Warren, Emissions Principal at RSSB, is an environmental expert with extensive experience in major infrastructure projects.

Ben has a background in assessing air quality and emissions from projects spanning rail, road, aviation, waste and power, and has provided technical policy advice to a wide range of government organisations, including the European Parliament, DfT, Defra, the GLA, and numerous local authorities.

At RSSB, Ben leads a team working to support the industry on managing carbon emissions, air quality, and noise.

In addition, Ben is COO of Tranquil City, an environmental data company dedicated to promoting healthier city living and sustainable city design.
