Dr Ann Sudder’s background is in the area of chemistry and materials technologies, where she worked for 13 years in the private sector in industrial new product development and introduction. 

More recently, Ann has worked in various innovation advisory roles within the Welsh Government, supporting a diverse range of Welsh businesses through their innovation journeys from micro starts through to multi-nationals.

Passionate about innovation, Ann supports businesses in connecting with Welsh, UK and EU technology networks and identifying appropriate funding and collaboration opportunities.
