Peter is Senior Legal Counsel within the development team of Aukera, a pan-European solar, storage and wind developer.  He is a qualified solicitor with over ten years’ experience of advising on the grant of planning permissions including DCOs and other statutory consents in respect of a range of major renewable energy development (particularly wind, solar and energy storage). While in private practice he worked for the applicants of five different DCOs, one of which was Cleve Hill, the first solar NSIP. Peter has also advised on all aspects of energy related development including on behalf of major banks, funders, investors, financers and sellers of energy related projects.
