He is responsible for solar power and is committed to seeing solar fulfil its potential at all scales to move UK towards net zero. He has a leading role in the Solar Taskforce. His background is in engineering and management consulting in the energy sector internationally, joining the Civil Service twelve years ago to help with Electricity Market Reform.
