Bente Klein is a development project manager with the RWE Solar & Storage team. As a project manager, she oversees the development process of co-located solar and BESS projects across England and Wales. The focus of her work lies on the planning process and stakeholder management but includes supporting the origination, construction and operations teams to develop projects that work throughout their lifecycle. Bente has worked on solar assets and policy in 10+ countries, having begun in the industry specialising in environmental and climate law. She is passionate about creating projects that work for the local community, and has had more cups of tea discussing solar projects than she can remember!
