Bill Rees joined Enso Energy in April 2024 as Managing Director.  He brings with him 14 years of energy experience from Centrica plc, where he was instrumental in creating the renewable and flexible assets platform, Centrica Energy Assets (now part of Centrica’s Power division). Enso Energy are a leading developer of transmission connected co-located sites and with JV partner Cero energised the first co-located solar & battery site at Iron Acton - Larks Green.

In addition to his passion for renewable energy, Bill grew up milking cows in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. He has a keen interest in agricultural and rural issues and is keen on exploring how renewables and agriculture can work together cohesively.
