Tim leads Cambridgeshire County Council’s multi-faceted planning and growth service. As a Corporate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute Tim has over 20 years’ experience in working in local government, working on some of the biggest developments in Cambridgeshire.  Tim oversees and provides leadership to the County Planning, Minerals and Waste section, in terms of County development management, monitoring and enforcement and minerals and waste policy. The role provides essential oversight of County’s technical input into Nationally Significant Infrastructure proposals, supporting the statutory processes associated with Development Consent Orders and Transport and Works Act Orders.
