As Head of Connections Policy Laura is responsible for both new and existing policies within NGED  as well as influencing on future policies across networks and industry. Laura has worked in connection for 10 years across National Grid, with the majority of her Career being in what is now NESO. Laura also has experience of working in the Electricity Market Reform team and is a Town Planner by background.  Laura has been involved with the connection reform project for over 3 years and in  addition to her role in NGED she also chairs the ENA TM04+ connections reform group, driving consistency amongst the DNO networks  and ensuring connections reform works for distribution customers.
