Dave Haskins is the Interim Director of Transport Policy and Delivery for the West Yorkshire Combined Authority. He possesses over 30 years transport planning and project delivery experience within both a public and private sector environment. He currently has responsibility for the oversight of a £2bn plus portfolio of transport projects including White Rose and Thorpe Park Rail stations, Halifax, Huddersfield and Dewsbury bus stations. In the policy context he leads on a number of key areas including Bus Reform, Local Transport Plan 4, Rail strategy, project pipeline development and transport decarbonisation.
