Stephen currently leads the strategic development of ticket retailing at Northern Trains, one of the largest train operating companies in the UK.    Stephen’s background includes the implementation of a range of commercial and customer service strategies, including pricing and product development, disability inclusion, revenue protection, transformation programme delivery, station improvements and community integration and partnerships.

Prior to his 17 years of experience in the rail industry Stephen worked at Merseytravel, the Passenger Transport Executive in Merseyside.  He is currently leading the implementation of next generation retailing on the Northern network and the development and implementation of the Station as a Place vision.
