Alexandra Jezeph

Senior Property Development Manager,
Transport for London

Alexandra is a Senior Development Manager at TfL, working to bring forward residential-led mixed use oversite development on TfL assets with infrastructure complexity.  She is particularly focused on development opportunities associated with electrification of London’s bus network and the role this can play in decarbonising the Capital.

Drawing on more than 10 years of experience as a surveyor, town planner and urban designer, Alexandra believes thought-leadership and best-practice are powerful routes to enhancing the quality of our built-environment, which in turn shapes our communities, fosters opportunities for businesses and increases individual life-chances.

She champions this through her role as a Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and member of the ULI Europe Committee.  She is also a Non-Executive Director at the think tank Bright Blue, where she frequently chairs housing debates at the interface between industry and government.

Alexandra is a Member of the RICS and the RTPI and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.  She earned a BA from the University of Oxford and has degrees from Oxford Brookes and Reading Universities.
