Olga is a Principal Consultant at Steer New Mobility team working for both public and private sector clients across the areas such as zero emission vehicles, shared mobility and emerging services such as MaaS and CAVs. Olga has recently delivered a Parking and Mobility at Stations Design Manual for Network Rail, which aims to provide a vision for how new technologies and new mobility services will be used over the next decade and their impact on parking at railway stations.

Olga is also a co-founder of the Women in Mobility UK, a non-for-profit organisation working to bring more women in the transport industry.
