Joseph Uzoka is an experienced transport planner and programme manager with over 20 years’ experience in both private & public sector roles focussed on the UK / London Transport sector.  He has held leadership roles in TfL covering masterplanning, scheme development & funding, case making, business strategy, programme management and policy definition for key schemes/initiatives.  Joseph is currently working as Growth and Interchange Programme Manager for TfL where he is responsible for making the case, sponsoring TfL’s programme of work relating to opportunity areas, development of interchanges and other key growth/regeneration locations.
