Graeme is one of the leaders of the firm’s Project Structures team, specialising in the design and implementation of structures for the delivery of assets, services and funding. He has almost 30 years experience of M&A, joint ventures, corporate governance, and sector classification. He advises public sector bodies – and the private sector organisations that deal with them - across local and central government, the NHS, and higher education institutions. He specialises in developing bespoke governance arrangements, including advising on Growth Companies, Development Corporations, and long term stewardship, as well as more traditional corporate transactions such as joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals. He is a qualified lawyer in Scotland, as well as in England & Wales.
