Alex Springall is an Associate Director within Grant Thorntons Public Services Advisory team. With a strong focus on funding and finance.

He has a wide experience across the rail space focusing on funding, financing  and delivery methodologies. Alex has worked most recently on the  for the development of HS2 stations at Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Airport.
 
Alex has built up good relationships across Local Authorities, Network Rail, DfT, Funders and developers which he uses alongside wider insights when delivering on station viability projects.
