Rob is the new Director of Support and Development at Community Rail Network, the national membership body for station adoption groups and community rail partnerships across the UK. He has a background in education and nonprofit leadership. As part of his new role, Rob has been assessing the needs and aspirations of the community rail movement, so that he can devise a new strategy for the next few years. A key emerging theme is the opportunity for community and nonprofit involvement in enhancing stations to benefit local communities and business, as well as the railways, adding to social value.
