Steven Tomlinson is Head of Placemaking at London and Continental Rail (LCR) and Network Rail and leads on masterplanning, design and delivery on transport centred regeneration projects across England, working with public and private sector partners. Projects include Peterborough, Bedford, Sheffield, Derby and Colchester amongst a range of cities, towns and places.

Steven was formerly Design Principal at the London Legacy Development Corporation, where he shaped significant change on the London Olympics site including culture and workspace focused mixed use development around Hackney Wick Station & Fish Island and masterplans at Sugar House Lane, Stratford, the International Quarter, Bromley by Bow and Pudding Mill Lane.
