Ben Martin is the Change Lead for Industry Finance, working on industry reform across stations and asset management on behalf of Network Rail.

Previously he was the Asset and Property Director for Trenitalia c2c, where he was responsible for asset management (station maintenance, repair, renewal and enhancements), commercial property, advertising and working with Local Authorities and communities to deliver customer-centric station improvements and station-based development.

Prior to his 10 years in the rail industry Ben worked extensively in both the private and public sector, with equipment manufacturers, central government and industry associations helping to catalyse markets for energy efficiency and low carbon technologies.
