Senior Policy Advisor – Strategic Freight Unit
Great British Railways Transition Team

Currently undertaking the role of Senior Policy Advisor for the Strategic Freight Unit in the Great British Railways Transition Team (GBRTT); Alice specialises in rail strategic planning and policy. Alice started her career in Network Rail working in the sponsorship of projects, project management and strategic planning. She project managed the Champions League Final when the event took place in Cardiff and in more recent years Alice was the Network Rail lead for strategic activities within South Wales; providing strategic advice as well as influencing funders and specifiers. Alice now plays a key role in the Strategic Freight Unit in GBRTT, the organisation set up to reform the railways, advocating for rail freight in a simpler, better railway of the future.

Alice has a Masters in International Logistics and Supply Chain Management and now supervises Masters students with dissertations in International Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Project Management.
