Borbala Trifunovics is the Infrastructure Investment Manager at The Crown Estate. Her objective is to realise TCE’s ambition to invest capital alongside others in the anticipatory build-out of the enabling infrastructure necessary to support delivery of the UK’s net zero ambitions. This includes: port expansions for construction, or O&M of fixed/ floating wind, and offshore wind manufacturing & supply chain facilities.

She leads on the origination, transaction negotiation and execution of infrastructure investment opportunities, working closely with senior leadership to deliver on the broader TCE business plans. This includes working closely with supply chain companies, landowners, and promoters to develop commercial propositions and business cases linked to UK infrastructure investment opportunities.
