Alex Harris

Alex has a background in environmental management and forestry, studying a BSc at Harper Adams University followed by a MSc in GIS & Remote Sensing; using satellite imagery to monitor environmental change. He now works as a Spatial Analyst for the Welsh Government, and is currently in Uganda attempting to progress the current geospatial monitoring and evaluation programme for the Mbale trees programme. Outside of work, Alex is a keen allotmenter, crewman with the RNLI, and Scout leader. He is also a volunteer with Aber Food Surplus, and the Woodland Trust as a tree health observer.
