Jim is the manager of Clynfyw Care Farm, winners of the Queens' Award for Enterprise - sustainable development - 2020. 

Clynfyw has supported vulnerable people on an organic farm since the mid 1980s using meaningful micro-enterprises as tools for fun, learning, engagement and as a means of building local community resilience and food security.
