Sinéad Murphy is a Business Account and Project Delivery Manager at WRAP working on WRAP Cymru’s public sector sustainable procurement support programme.  The aim of the programme is to drive demand in Wales for more sustainable products including those with recycled content and products for reuse through public sector procurement. Sinéad works with public sector organisations to identify opportunities for intervention and provides technical support to those teams responsible for procurement.

Sinéad has over 20 years of experience in the environmental and sustainability space in Ireland, Australia and the UK and has been with WRAP Cymru for four years working on both WRAP’s sustainable textiles and public sector sustainable procurement programmes.  Prior to joining WRAP Sinéad worked in consultancy, advising on planning and sustainable design aspects for large masterplan development projects in the UK and internationally.
