Elspeth is the Director of the Cardiff based climate change charity, Size of Wales. Size of Wales provides funding and expertise to local and indigenous communities in tropical regions to support them to secure and sustain their precious forests, grow more trees and establish sustainable livelihoods. Size of Wales also runs education, community engagement and advocacy programmes in Wales, aiming to inspire people in Wales to see that they can be part of the solution. 

A passionate environmentalist, Elspeth previously worked as a commercial barrister in London and then at the environmental law NGO, ClientEarth.
