Lea is Head of Remote Working policy at Welsh Government. This policy aims to have more people working at or near to home for the long term. Lea has sixteen years’ experience in the public sector, working in diverse areas including the Creative Industries and Transport, and is an advocate for equality, collaboration and flexible working.
