Rob is currently leading the Norfolk Strategic Flooding Alliance - accountable for delivery of complex multi agency flooding solutions where no one entity is responsible. Current Chair for Multi Agency group working across the region; on secondment into Norfolk County Council from Anglian Water. In AW he runs the Infrastructure Maintenance & Repair Alliance leading on capital delivery for Anglian via one of its strategic service providing Alliances.

Rob is a keen advocate of championing the people side of infrastructure delivery, both in terms of the customers we all serve and the people who deliver the work. Celebrating success has become a crucial part of his BAU approach. A member of the ICE and a qualified coach, Rob believes that the answers to almost all of the challenges we collectively face come from aligning objectives and collaborating across organisations and industry.
