Ben is a Chartered Civil Engineer and published author working as Head of Regulatory Planning and Innovation at South West Water (SWW). Ben leads a team of experienced technical managers working across disciplines such as regulatory business planning, data analytics and innovation. His specialisms lie in strategic asset planning which includes: risk management, optimisation, sustainable infrastructure and data analytics. He joins us today with two hats: Firstly, his role in SWW. And Secondly, as programme lead for the UKWIR Asset Management Big Question - where the topic of asset health is front and centre.
