Jen Ashwell is a director in the planning and compulsory purchase team at independent law firm, Burges Salmon. Jen has extensive experience within planning and CPO law, including acting on large-scale infrastructure projects (including NSIPs), advising on the consenting of water infrastructure and related compulsory purchase orders, environmental impact assessments, habitats and marine licensing issues. Jen regularly speaks at legal and industry events and is a member of the Compulsory Purchase Association.
