Andy Lingham is Managing Director of Kier’s Water business, with responsibility for its work with water companies across the UK.

Andy has extensive leadership experience across regulated infrastructure, particularly in the water and rail sectors. He joined Kier in 2021 as Operations Director for Infrastructure Major Projects before becoming Managing Director of Water in 2023.

In his current role, Andy leads Kier’s growing Water business as it works with clients to deliver major infrastructure programmes across the UK. His focus is on building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and partners, developing high-performing teams and delivering infrastructure that supports the long-term resilience of the water sector.

Prior to his career in infrastructure, Andy served in the British Army, an experience that has helped shape his approach to leadership and developing people.
