Kate is responsible for the development of the regulatory and commercial frameworks for delivery of major infrastructure in the water sector.  She is also responsible for projects being developed under competitive delivery models through Direct Procurement for Customers and Specified Infrastructure Projects Regulations (Thames Tideway Tunnel regulatory model).  She is a finance professional by background (FCCA) and has been involved in infrastructure procurement, development, and delivery for ~20 years.  Previously at Ofgem responsible for the OFTO and Interconnector regimes and prior to that in the private sector having worked across the financing and delivery of social and economic infrastructure and experienced in PPP.
