Philip is an infrastructure lawyer and Co-Head of Utilities at Addleshaw Goddard. He specialises in infrastructure development, particularly in the water sector. He advises on major water infrastructure projects, including the Havant Thicket Reservoir and a number of DPC projects, including HARP, United Utilities' £1bn+ pathfinder project.
