As part of the executive team in South Staffordshire Plc. Simon is accountable as MD for several companies that service the UK water and environment sector with borehole drilling, pipeline replacement, asset management, and MEICA services. One of these businesses includes Hydrosave who specialise in water loss analysis, leakage management and pipeline resilience. Simon has over 30 years’ experience in pipeline engineering, network optimisation, water loss and business strategy roles. He also worked for Anglian Water and also as a Consulting Engineer. He has extensive experience of smart network technologies and has co-authored several leakage related UKWIR papers and PHD sponsored research programmes. He is an expert at applying engineering principles and technologies into resilient asset management, and optimisation plans.
