When is the event taking place?

The 30th Annual Rail Freight Group Conference  will be taking place on 5 October 2022 beginning at 09:30, networking will be open a week before the event.

Where will this event take place?

This event is hybrid so it will take place in-person and virtually. All attendees will be able to watch the recording after the event.

This event is taking place at: 

Addleshaw Goddard, 60 Chiswell Street, London EC1Y 4AG.

We continue to follow the latest COVID-19 regulations and guidelines.  We will be taking precautions at our events to ensure they are Covid-Secure and will update on these measures regularly.  Our primary priority is always the health and safety of our delegates, speakers, sponsors and colleagues.

Once I’ve registered, how do I access the networking?

The networking page will be available a week before and leading up to the conference. Please note that to access to this area is restricted until payment has been received.

How does the networking work?

The networking page will be available a week before, during and after the conference. You will be able to connect with other attendees by sending messages and scheduling video calls.

How can I submit a question for the speakers?

If you have any questions ahead of the conference you can submit them via the discussion section of the networking page here or emailing us.  The chair of the conference will then moderate the questions.

Will the presentations be made available?

The presentations from the day will be made available after the conference and able to download as a PDF copy, if speakers have permitted them to be shared.

No longer able to attend the conference?
